Shaky Bill's design was inspired by an underground 1920's Speakeasy Bar. The space was created by renovating a derelict building at the back of Russells Saloon Gin Emporium in Dundalk. Previously utilised as a dark damp store room, it is transformed into a mysterious haven using genuine reclaimed and upcycled interior features and fittings. We even sourced a door from the set of game of thrones!
